We have friendly experienced technical engineers with Linux and windows servers & applications.
Our standard technical support rate is $160 per hour during business hours. otherwise is as below
- Reboots: - Charged per Reboot
- 8am - 5pm : $45 + GST
- 5pm - 10pm : $165 + GST
- 10pm - 8am : $330 + GST
- Physical (on site) Server Work
- 8am - 5pm : $255 + GST
- 5pm - 10pm : $255 + GST
- 10pm - 8am : $330 + GST
- Charged per Half-Hour, Minimum of 1 hour
- Remote Server Work
- 8am - 5pm : $160 + GST
- 5pm - 10pm : $160 + GST
- 10pm - 8am : $300 + GST
- Charged per Half-Hour, Minimum of 1 Half-Hour
